ABOUT FESTIVAL
The 25th, anniversary edition! The Moscow Balloon Festival invites participants and guests!
Once again, teams of air designers will compete in creating balloon sculptures, dresses, compositions, and small figures.
Newcomers will challenge experienced masters, and the time to complete tasks will be tight.
This year, we will see works on the theme "World Masterpieces."
What treasures of world heritage will the air designers present as balloon figures?
The intrigue will be revealed from September 14 to 19.
Hundreds of thousands of balloons will fill the atriums of the Riviera Shopping Mall, and thousands of spectators will be able to admire the magnificent works of the masters for several weeks.
The program includes: an exhibition of large sculptures, a balloon costume fashion show, and spectacular quick contests in balloon artistry.

QUESTION:
Can I visit the festival?
ANSWER:
Yes, you can come and observe the process of creating balloon art from September 14 to 19, and watch the balloon dress fashion show in the evening of September 19. The finished sculptures will be on display at Riviera Shopping Mall until September 28. Entry to the mall is free. If you’d like to take part in the Championship, please submit your application by August 25, 2025.
QUESTION:
I am a beginner in a balloon art, but I am not confident in my abilities. How can I participate in the Festival?
ANSWER:
You can join the Training Team, or you can apply to participate in one competition, or come as a volunteer.

Can you visit the festival with children?
ANSWER:
Absolutely yes! Come any day during the Festival — you’ll be able to see everything with your own eyes and take incredible photos.
